Q.How do you charge for design and consulting services? A. There are a number of options, each of which is more appropriate for some types of services than for others. These options include:
Q. Can I order from your online catalog? A. Yes, you can order online (using our secure online order form), by telephone or by Fax (payment by credit card), or by U. S. Mail (payment by credit card or check). Q. Does your guarantee apply to items sold through the online catalog? A. The guarantee applies to every antique or work of art sold at the Gallery or through the catalog. Warrantees on NEW items vary with the manufacturer. Q. How can I visit the Gallery during the months it's not open daily (Labor Day to late June)? A. Call us (207)737-2986 and we will open for you. In most cases we can make appointments for weekends, or late afternoons of weekdays, on twenty-four hours' notice. Also, we are open weekends from Labor Day through the fall foliage season (to about October 15). Q. If I buy an item and don't want to take it with me, can you ship it? A. Yes. Depending on the size and weight of the item, we can ship anywhere in the U. S. by either UPS or truck freight. If you pay for your purchase by credit card, we will pre-pay the packing and shipping and add these charges to the purchase price, creating a single credit-card transaction at the time of shipment. |
